Here is a list of a few of the features provided for you on this site:

Record each of your individual workouts
Enter your Swim, Bike, Run, data and any other cross-training activities, such as strength training.

For each workout, keep track of your times and distances, along with any other additional feedback on your workout you`d like trainer Jason Crisp to review.  Feedback may include, items such as route, workout quality and effort, nutrition, weather (i.e. wind speed/location if on the bike), and any additional personal notes.
